Things to Do

Green space is plentiful in Tualatin. Residents gather at Tualatin Community Park, known for its skateboard park, playground, sports fields, dog run, and picnic sites. Tualatin Lake at the Commons, featuring a lake, interactive fountain, restaurants, and a free summer concert series, is also a popular outdoor destination.
 
The community is also famous for its Pumpkin Regatta, which attracts thousands of people each year. During the event, costumed characters paddle 1,000-pound pumpkins around the Lake of the Commons in a series of wacky races. The event has been featured by a wide variety of local, regional, national, and international media outlets, including The Wall Street Journal, CNN, the Travel Channel, Better Homes and Gardens, and HGTV.
 
Crawfish Festival, this annual event features concerts, food, and fun activities — all in the name of celebrating delicious Crawfish.
